DISCLAIMER: The Child Parent Security Act, which allows compensated surrogacy in New York, became effective February 15, 2021. Virtually simultaneously, the New York State Department of Health issued emergency regulations regarding the licensing of New York surrogacy programs. New York Surrogacy Center is actively in the process of obtaining such a license but is unable to match New York surrogates with New York intended parents until our license is received. However, New York Surrogacy Center is currently accepting applications from all intended parents and is able to match with New Jersey and Vermont surrogates.
